Hi I just wanted to say thanks for creating this platform because it gives me a space to hang out with family in a not super stressful way. Here I'm just hanging with my mom while she works. Big help for my depression. Thank you! And it makes my mom feel closer to me. You do wonders LifeAt

I think I've sent a message before to thank you, the wonderful people behind this site, for all the work you put into this. As someone with ADHD I rely heavily on time management strategies and stimulus to get my work done. Your site encompasses both things so cleverly and in such a satisfying way, I think at this point I can't live without it.

I just wanted to reach out and tell you guys how amazing your app is and seriously I have passed my subjects that I never thought I would because of you guys. The app lets me concentrate and enjoy the learning process and honestly it has changed my life. Thank you so much for creating this.

I LOVE LifeAt!! I currently have a storm pushing through (thankfully won't hit my area too hard) and am using it as background ambience to help me keep calm. I love having it up really often including while watching movies and playing video games. I used to pay for an extension for something similar, but found that even the free version here is better. The team at LifeAt has done incredibly impressive work and I'm really pleased with it.

Hey LifeAt crew, I just got my results in and I've successfully passed in all my subjects. All the credits go to your website. I thank you for holding live sessions and spaces which I found comfortable to focus on my exams. Your website made sure that I wouldn't get off my seat and completed all. my tasks. So I'm very grateful. Thank you so much!

Hey I just wanna drop by and say thank you for making Advice AI on LifeAt. It helped me clear my mind when I'm feeling down or when I have a bad day or whenever my anxiety took a toll on me. I know I should rely on AI for my mental well-being and seek professional help, but this AI helped me through my feelings daily. I'm sure this AI helped not just me but a lot of people. Thank you for taking the time to make a thing that could help society.

I really love the pomodoro technique, which is why I decided to get the upgrade after using it consistently for about a month. The rainy vibe spaces are my absolute favorite, and the ability to have multiple checklists is also a really cool feature.A few weeks ago (maybe a month ago), there was this thing where, during the pomodoro session, there was another timer that would go off. I absolutely loved it because I have auDHD, and one of my biggest challenges is time blindness. It made a huge difference, especially when I was working on tasks that were so boring that I would get distracted every five minutes. It helped me refocus on the task at hand a lot.

Recently I was facing some motivation problems while working from home. Besides the tools I have been using, I have discovered. It is really fun to use and gives me a great start every morning while I'm planning my day.

One of my personal favorites is this website called "Virtual Spaces".

It offers a fantastic range of soundscapes and ambiance settings, many of which I regularly rely upon to get through long workdays!
