We are a community located in the heart of the Catskills, in Monticello, NY. Our beautiful community lies just 2 ½ miles off exit 105B on Route 17. We have 150 residences on a hilly ridge that is a park like setting. The community was established in 1985 and is operated as a not-for-profit homeowners association. We are self-managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of residents of the community. While most residents spend the spring and summer in Hidden Ridge, our community can be enjoyed year-round in the entire splendor of each season.

Each unit has:
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room/dining room with fireplace and skylights, kitchen and porch
Staff for landscaping and maintenance
Team for safety who patrol and guard the incoming gates.
A pool and poolside pavilion and deck 
Clubhouse with dance floor, ping pong tables, pool tables, kitchen facilities, bathroom and gym
Located near several skiing areas, golf courses, tennis courts, walking trails, and antiques emporia, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Forestburg Theatre, Monticello Racetrack
