A New Urban Village in W3

Factory Quarter has been designed as a place which will have its own sense of place from day one. A mix of residential to buy, to part-buy/part-rent or simply to rent, the development occupies the site of a former factory complex. As well as the majority of new build, several of the former factory's buildings have been retained for conversion into apartments, providing a tnagible link with the site's past.

 

Externally the communal space has been designed to incorporate any car parking into a series of green spaces with grassed areas and trees. These in turn will provide a pleasant vista for many of the apartments to look out over.

 

Other facilities planned for Factory Quarter include a new, multi-use community focussed meeting space, new retail units, one of which will be a general store, offices and ateliers.
